A little over thirty years ago Brother Joseph was saved by grace through faith by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Shortly after being baptized and filled with the precious Holy Ghost, Brother Joseph was called into the ministry by God. God sent Brother Joseph to learn how to study the KJV Bible by revelation of the Spirit in a small Bible School in Portland Maine. While attending the Deliverance Center Ministry he was trained to be an overcomer by the late Rev James Reynold's Sr a true man of God and a man of faith. While attending the Deliverance Center, Brother Joseph received by revelation that God has an overcoming company of people that He's preparing and delivering out of the luke-warm Church. 

 

Brother Joseph first began with a website and Youtube channel under the name Overcoming The Dragon. During the Trump administration there was much talk about "FAKE NEWS". This is what inspired the current new ministry name Honest News Network aka HNN. Brother Joseph saw that there was a need for "Honest News", thus Honest News Network was birthed!

 

God gave Brother Joseph a help-meet to serve along side him according to the Scripture, his beloved wife Sonya. Sister Skinner also is used by God in the prophetic and the gift of helps and administration and prayer for the Ministry and our listeners.  Brother Joseph delivers the truth of God's Word in a dynamic and prophetic way in which God uses him to speak the very oracles of God to all who have ears to hear. He's also the founder of Honest News Network Ministry with more than 40,000 subscribers and a few faithful followers and listeners. Over 5000 sermons have been uploaded on YouTube.

We're here to help you grow in your spiritual walk in the Lord and to become an overcomer. Our calling is the equipping of the Saint's  and to present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. We believe for one to live an overcoming life, one must crucify the flesh & live and walk in the Spirit. (Romans 8) Jesus Christ became not only our Savior, He also is the perfect pattern one must follow to live an overcoming life. Christ Jesus grants the overcomer 'throne rights' to sit with Him in His throne, even as He overcame and is set down with His Father in His throne. (Rev 3:20)
